Your tasks
- You’re in charge of selling projects for Smulders Group.
- You contribute and shape the strategy of Smulders Group.
- You make sure the organisation’s sales & marketing process is conducted efficiently.
- You tailor organisational aspects to each project (size, synchronisation)
- You’re responsible for producing calculations, quotes and tenders in close collaboration with the Tender team.
- You ask various departments for their input in the tender.
- You understand and assess contract terms.
- You negotiate tenders with the relevant customers.
- You coach our Commercial Engineers and Commercial Assistants.
- You produce a monthly report for the Commercial & Strategic Director.
- You hand over projects to Project Management.
- You report to Smulders Group’s Tender Director.
Your magic skills
- We welcome applications from both master’s and bachelor’s graduates.
- You should also have experience working on industrial projects.
- You take ownership and are eager to work in a high-impact role.
- You have very good Microsoft Office skills.
- You have good writing and speaking skills in Dutch and English – knowledge of French or German is a plus.
