Your tasks

As troubleshooting technician, you are the point of contact for (urgent) technical breakdowns all over the site. Both electrically and mechanically, you know how to deal with problems, while always keeping calm. Wondering what kind of environment you’ll end up in? Check out what we do in this video!

More specifically:

For both electrical and mechanical problems, you look for the problem step by step and work out a suitable solution;
You look for faults in distribution boards;
You can make adjustments to the (electrical) plan;
You will be responsible for preventive/curative maintenance of installations, data cabling and switchboards;
You always perform your work following prescribed procedures, plans and instructions;
You are not afraid to work at heights;
You are prepared to perform a wide variety of tasks in addition to the breakdowns that occur;
You will work in shifts: early/late or fixed night.

Your magic skills

Has completed electrical training or equivalent through experience.
Is very much concerned with safety.
Is willing to attend (paid) training courses through the employer and obtain certificates, e.g. VCA certificate, BA4/BA5.
Can read and modify an electrical diagram.
Can be flexible and no afraid to take initiative.
Has a hands-on mentality and can think along proactively.
Is dedicated and able to work autonomously.
Has a very good command of Dutch or English. Other additional languages are a great asset!
