Smulders welcomes new employees with an inspiring bootcamp
On 18 June, the first bootcamp took place for our new employees from the branches in Belgium and the Netherlands.
At Smulders, we strongly believe in the power of knowledge sharing and teamwork so that everyone learns to discover their own unique spark. Therefore, on 18 June, we brought all our new employees from our Belgian and Dutch facilities together for our Smulders bootcamp.
During this 2-day bootcamp, all new employees get to know Smulders even better through various presentations, a tour in the production halls and an introduction of each department.
The first day of the bootcamp is already completed. The second day will take place later this year.
