 Your tasks 

  • You’re in charge of selling projects for Smulders Group.
  • You contribute and shape the strategy of Smulders Group.
  • You make sure the organisation’s sales & marketing process is conducted efficiently.
  • You tailor organisational aspects to each project (size, synchronisation)
  • You’re responsible for producing calculations, quotes and tenders in close collaboration with the Tender team.
  • You ask various departments for their input in the tender.
  • You understand and assess contract terms.
  • You negotiate tenders with the relevant customers.
  • You coach our Commercial Engineers and Commercial Assistants.
  • You produce a monthly report for the Commercial & Strategic Director.
  • You hand over projects to Project Management.
  • You report to Smulders Group’s Tender Director.

Your magic skills 

  • We welcome applications from both master’s and bachelor’s graduates. 
  • You should also have experience working on industrial projects.
  • You take ownership and are eager to work in a high-impact role.
  • You have very good Microsoft Office skills.
  • You have good writing and speaking skills in Dutch and English – knowledge of French or German is a plus.
