 Your tasks 

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HSE within the site.
  • Lead and support special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
  • Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
  • Initiate and organize HSE training of employees and executives.
  • Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.

Your magic skills 

  • Degree in safety management or related field is desired but not essential.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE guidelines and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
