HSE Project Manager
Your tasks
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HSE within the site.
- Lead and support special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
- Initiate and organize HSE training of employees and executives.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
Your magic skills
- Degree in safety management or related field is desired but not essential.
- Proven experience as a project manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE guidelines and practices.
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
