JOB | Project Controller | Arendonk
Your tasks
- You advise the Project Manager on things like project schedules, costs and performance.
- Working together with the project team, you produce a validated baseline for scope, time and cost. You and the Project Manager also make a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):
- You work together with the project team to determine the contractual deliverables (SCOPE)
- You produce a schedule based on the WBS and decide what needs to be done when and where. (TIME)
- You’re responsible for posting costs in WBS elements in the scheduling tool (COST)
- You produce regular progress reports for internal and external use.
- You evaluate project performance by calculating earned value, scenario modelling and performing risk assessments.
- You advise the project and contract team on actual and potential risks and report variations with respect to the validated baseline (scope, time, cost).
- You manage the project schedule and budgets, identify risks, and consider and report mitigation strategies or improvement proposals. You’re able to make a suitable delay analysis in the event of delays.


Your magic skills
- You have relevant experience with cost control or project scheduling.
- You have a master’s degree in a financial subject, engineering or construction.
- You have a keen interest in structural work and contracting.
- You have very good Excel and Primavera P6 skills.
- You must have knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6, OPC or MS Project.
