 Your tasks 

Day to day duties will be repairs and maintenance of MEWPs on site, these include diesel and electric cherry pickers and scissor lifts.

Your magic skills 

  • An NVQ level 2/3 in mechanical engineering/plant maintenance
  • Good experience with powered access equipment, particularly cherry pickers and scissor lifts
  • Diagnostic and fault-finding experience
  • LOLER certification (will be carrying out pre LOLER examinations)
  • IPAF certifications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Relevant certification in mobile powered access maintenance and repair is desirable, particularly if they have CAP (certified access professional)
  • Comfortable working at height
  • Happy to work with apprentices
