Your tasks
- Purchasing steel, bolts, coatings, and technical materials
- Selecting and negotiating with international suppliers
- Monitoring orders and ensuring on-time delivery
- Managing administrative processing of orders and contracts
- Checking deliveries and invoices
- Collaborating with engineering, production, and project teams
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Supporting Project Managers with efficient procurement
- Actively involved in improvement proposals for the department
Your magic skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably technical
- Experience in procurement or affinity with technical products
- Strong negotiation and commercial mindset
- Accurate and well-organized
- Proactive, independent, and eager to learn
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- French and/or German is a plus
- Experience with steel structures, welding, or coatings is a strong asset
- Capable of developing and implementing improvement proposals
