Assistant Project Leader
Your tasks
- Start your traineeship by exploring all facets of our company—from engineering and procurement to production and supply chain.
- After completing the program, you will take an active role in coordinating and managing steel construction projects in Belgium and neighboring countries.
- You will collaborate closely with an experienced Project Manager while supporting design, production, and engineering teams.
- You will quickly gain your own responsibilities based on your knowledge and initiative.
- Through effective planning, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving, you will foster structure and teamwork. Acting as the central link between all stakeholders, you ensure seamless project execution.


Your magic skills
- You hold a master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering.
- You enjoy taking initiative and have a flexible, no-nonsense mindset.

- You communicate fluently in English.
- You are willing to work at various Smulders locations and project sites, including abroad.

- You have a valid category B driving license.
