 Your tasks 

As a Communications Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for both our internal and external communication. You are part of the communication and marketing team and manage the full external communication flow — from social media and employer branding to press releases.

In addition, you play a key role in co‑creating and managing a clear internal communication policy. You help the group take the next step in its communication strategy and tools within a context of strong growth. In doing so, you take into account the added complexity of international branches and sites, diverse languages, and varied target groups.

Content creation and execution

  • Writing press releases, news updates, and articles for both internal and external communication.
  • Creating presentations for internal and external use.
  • Planning, publishing, and monitoring content across various channels.
  • Managing the communication calendar and aligning with departments and ongoing projects.
  • Translating complex or technical information into accessible, engaging communication.
  • Ensuring a recognizable, positive communication style that reflects the company culture.

Strategy and advisory

  • Co‑creating an internal communication strategy aligned with company objectives and culture.
  • Acting as a central link between marketing, HR, and our external partner to analyse and optimize employer branding efforts.
  • Translating the company strategy and key messages into clear, motivating communication tailored to different audiences.
  • Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of (internal) communication through concrete indicators (reach, satisfaction, engagement).

Management and optimization fo communcation tools

  • Managing and optimizing communication tools.
  • Analyzing channel reach and usage, and initiating improvement actions to increase impact.
  • Safeguarding consistency, quality, and user-friendliness across all communication tools.

Your magic skills 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, journalism, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in internal communication, preferably within a larger or complex organizational context.
  • Strong written communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strategic insight with the ability to translate plans into practical execution.
  • Ability to realize long‑term plans step by step within day‑to‑day operations.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of organizational culture and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of MS365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, …), Mailchimp, Google Analytics or Matomo.
