 Your tasks 

  • Complete a traineeship across engineering, procurement, production and supply chain departments.
  • Support Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring steel construction projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, drafting and production teams.
  • Assist in monitoring project planning, quality, budget and progress.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous project improvement.
  • Gradually take on more responsibilities within project management.
  • Eventually manage smaller project scopes independently.

Your magic skills 

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn.
  • Strong interest in steel construction, offshore structures and large-scale construction projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work at different company locations and project sites, including abroad.
  • Organised, collaborative and solution-oriented.
  • Driving licence B.
