Your tasks
- Complete a traineeship across engineering, procurement, production and supply chain departments.
- Support Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring steel construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, drafting and production teams.
- Assist in monitoring project planning, quality, budget and progress.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders.
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous project improvement.
- Gradually take on more responsibilities within project management.
- Eventually manage smaller project scopes independently.
Your magic skills
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in steel construction, offshore structures and large-scale construction projects.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work at different company locations and project sites, including abroad.
- Organised, collaborative and solution-oriented.
- Driving licence B.
