 Your tasks 

  • Coordinate and distribute electrical drafting activities within the assigned project team.

  • Guide and support designers and drafters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare drawing schedules, drawing registers and complete project documentation.
  • Develop assembly drawings into detailed installation drawings and optimise existing designs.
  • Coordinate and monitor external engineering partners to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Align designs and manage interfaces between electrical and structural engineering disciplines.
  • Review technical solutions for feasibility, compliance and correct material selection.
  • Ensure designs comply with contractual specifications, industry standards and project requirements.
  • Monitor project planning, budget, quality targets and documentation procedures.
  • Support successful project execution through effective communication and coordination.

Your magic skills 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering and drafting software.
  • Experience designing electrical systems including cabling, cable trays, electrical cabinets, fire protection, lighting and access control systems.
  • Several years of experience in a similar engineering role is preferred.
  • Experience in offshore, renewable energy or steel construction projects is a major advantage.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and external partners.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems and safety procedures.
  • Willingness to obtain a VCA VOL certificate.
