Your tasks
- Analyze financial data and translate it into clear management reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and closing in collaboration with accounting.
- Work closely with project teams and assist in preparing monthly budget reports.
- Prepare quarterly financial forecasts for management and shareholders.
- Perform gap analyses between budget and actuals and propose improvement measures.
- Manage complex project structures and support audits.
- Optimize financial processes and contribute to automation in collaboration with IT.
- Create and manage cash flow reports.
- Monitor procedures and processes across our international entities to ensure a uniform approach.
Your magic skills
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis methods.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex figures into clear insights.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to become a key user of financial IT tools.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
