Your tasks

That’s why we are looking for an ICT Director who not only shapes our ICT vision but also acts as a Change & Adoption Manager, driving digital transformation across all our locations.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward-looking ICT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Be the driving force behind change management, ensuring new technologies are widely adopted across the organization.
- Lead a multicultural team of ICT hardware professionals, software developers, and architects across multiple countries.
- Ensure a stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure and deliver software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Manage the ICT budget, supplier relationships, and license administration.
- Implement cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Promote a data-driven culture and foster digital innovation within the organization.
- Report to the executive team on the progress and impact of ICT initiatives.
Your magic skills
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach.
- Experience in system architecture, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- A natural leader who motivates, coaches, and develops teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
- Experienced in international, multicultural teams and hybrid work environments.
- A true Change & Adoption Manager: you know how to guide people through change and successfully implement new technologies.
