Your tasks
- You draft contracts and negotiate them with the supplier.
- You are responsible for managing and monitoring contracts to ensure they comply with legal standards and business requirements.
- You oversee contracts with various parties and ensure that all agreements are adhered to.
- You combine legal knowledge with commercial and strategic insights to make informed decisions.
- You draft contract clauses. It is important to determine which provisions are essential and which clauses may pose risks.
- You take active ownership to identify and prevent contractual issues. When it becomes apparent that certain contractual arrangements have led to problems, you ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.
- You work closely with the tender team so that the procurement department can prepare for specific commercial and legal requirements early in the project. In this role as contract manager procurement, you handle various procurement contracts, always with great responsibility towards both internal and external stakeholders!
Your magic skills
- You have a master's degree in Law or experience in contract management.
- You have a very good knowledge of English and Dutch (spoken and written). Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
- You are eager to learn and have a great interest in both the offshore and civil sectors.
- You are a communicative, pragmatic, and open person.
- You are commercially minded and customer-oriented.
- You work independently and proactively.
