 Your tasks 

  • Perform detailed calculations on the strength and stability of steel structures and related connection details, in line with standards and internal guidelines.
  • Calculate assembly stability during the execution phases.
  • Determine and gather essential input data: loads, drawings, calculation methods and schedules.
  • Deliver cost‑efficient and economic engineering solutions for design, production and assembly.
  • Prepare lifting and handling instructions.
  • Resolve technical issues raised by the drawing office or the Project Manager, always in accordance with standards and guidelines.
  • Meet deadlines and signal risks or bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Your magic skills 

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with initial experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of materials and mechanics of materials.
  • Thorough understanding of European standards, especially EN 1993.
  • Familiar with DNV GL standards and basic understanding of FEM models.
  • Experience with SCIA Engineer, ANSYS and/or Autocad 2D/3D.
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Both recent graduates and experienced professionals are welcome.
