Your tasks
- Gain tons of experience during your traineeship, getting to know different departments (engineering, procurement, production, supply chain, …).
- After your traineeship, you will help lead and coordinate our steel construction projects in Belgium or one of the neighboring countries—plenty of variety guaranteed.
- Of course, you won’t do this alone: you’ll work closely with an experienced project manager and the drafting, production, and engineering teams in Belgium.
- You’ll quickly take on responsibilities based on your knowledge and initiative.
- Planning, communication, problem analysis, coordination, and teamwork—you just can’t get enough of it
Your magic skills
- You hold a master’s degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering.
- You enjoy taking initiative and have a flexible, no-nonsense mindset.

- You communicate fluently in English.
- You are willing to work at various Smulders locations and project sites, including abroad.

- You have a valid category B driver’s license.
