 Your tasks

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you’re responsible (and the first port of call) for the electrical aspects of our projects – from the moment a customer contacts us to handover.
You’re responsible for organising and supervising drafting work. You also monitor and check work in our assignments.

  • You manage and distribute the drafting jobs assigned to in-house drafters as part of the project and guide these drafters.
  • You produce a complete project dossier according to the agreed timelines: producing design schedules of drawings and the associated timeline, developing detail drawings into assembly drawings, and editing existing designs.
  • You forward any relevant instructions and oversee assignments for external drafting companies.
  • Working closely with the Engineering team, you make sure the designs are aligned and communicate which interface will be used.
  • Throughout the project, you check the contract’s technical specifications and applicable standards, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and the agreed schedule and budget.
  • You monitor drafters’ efficiency.
  • You check the drawings for technical feasibility, quality and material specifications.

Your magic skills

  • You have an in-depth understanding of E3D design software.

  • You should have 5 years of work experience in a similar role and sector.
  • You’re proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • You can communicate effectively with team members and other colleagues. You’re the port of call for external stakeholders such as partners and customers.
  • You quickly become a trusted member of the team and are able to adapt quickly.
  • You have an understanding of ISO and safety procedures.
  • You quickly master proprietary software.
  • You have a VCA VOL certificate.
