Your tasks

Organizational and Coordination Skills:
- Direct the drafting work of both internal and external draftsmen.
- Provide instructions to external drafting offices.
- Monitor and adjust the performance and efficiency of draftsmen as needed.
- Oversee project planning and budget, aligning the drafting schedule accordingly.
Technical Knowledge:
- Review technical specifications of contracts and applicable standards.
- Check drawings for technical feasibility and quality.
- Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation.

Your magic skills

A master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Both recent graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Driven and eager to further develop within Smulders.
Knowledge of Tekla or Bocad is a plus, but training is provided.
Excellent communication skills with colleagues, partners, and clients.
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
