Your tasks

Managing and implementing our quality control processes.
Drafting, checking and improving quality standards and procedures.
Leading a team of quality inspectors.
Keep an overview of the inspections to be carried out.
Analysis of inspection reports.
Coordination of NCRs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
Communicating with suppliers and customers about quality issues and solutions.
Ensuring correct registration and onboarding of subcontractors.
Report to management on the status of the quality of production and suggestions for improvements.
Coordinating internal and external audits.
Solving quality problems and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

Your magic skills

Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of and experience with quality management systems (preferably ISO 9001, EN, or other relevant standards).
Knowledge of English and French is a requirement (both oral and written).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly identify and solve problems.
Experience in leading and supervising a team.
