Your tasks

Monitoring the quality of (electro)mechanical work in the foundation
Organizing quality inspections, both internally and with the customer
Inspecting and commissioning installed ladders and fall protection systems
Creating deviation reports for irregularities and finding suitable solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement
Keeping inspection files up to date
Solving operational issues and seeking ways to improve operations
Working at heights or in various positions
Ensuring compliance with applicable (safety) regulations

Can read and interpret plans
Prioritizes safety
Not afraid of heights
A creative problem solver who takes decisive action, follows through, and gets things done
Identifies problems but thinks in solutions. When necessary, demonstrates assertiveness and persuasion in interactions with clients
Possesses strong communication skills and is flexible
Willing to undergo training and obtain certifications through the employer, such as a VCA certificate
Has a very good command of Dutch and English. Additional languages are a great asset!
Proficient in PC skills, including working with MS Office, etc.
