 Your tasks 

  • Processing all Payroll actions for employees, workers and subcontractors
  • Agency Invoice (timesheet confirmations)
  • Monthly payroll prep
  • HR / Financial Control Monthly reconciliation
  • Internal stakeholder discussions / communication
  • External stakeholder discussions / communication (Agencies)
  • Checking of clocked vs timesheet hours
  • Timesheet approvals process
  • Invoice reconciliation and approval, in a timely manner

  • You are capable, independent and someone who enjoys taking great care with your work and meeting deadlines is your life’s goal. You take pride in getting it right and you feel good when you can help others.
  • You understand the importance of accuracy and excel in this area with your keen attention to detail skills.
  • You’re an independent worker and spend a lot of time focusing on the job at hand but you also know how important it is for others to know that they can call on you if they have any queries relating to their payments, so you get that multitasking is part of the job description.
