Receptionist & HR Administrator
Your tasks
- You will demonstrate professional reception hosting duties such as: managing in-house hospitality, welcoming all clients into the building; helping with the set up of Board / Conference rooms; directing clients / customers to right department and ensuring drinks / refreshments are regularly offered
- You will be the first point of contact to visitors and help them with any queries, ensuring timely and effective answering of telephone calls and screen and direct calls appropriately.
- Ensure that visitor files are kept up-to-date as well as other filing systems.
- Ensure emails are answered and responded to straight away to achieve seamless communication.
- Input new starters onto HR system and ensure that all personnel files and electronic personnel information are kept up to date and complete.
- Prepare reference checks, leaver letters and associated documents required in the employment cycle.
- Assist with HR projects as and when required.
Your magic skills
- Previous experience as a Receptionist and / or HR Administrator
- Interpersonal and communication skills, written, verbal and in-person
- Knowledge of computer programs and software, such as MS Office and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience
