Your tasks
- Managing cost structures and data management for various companies in an international environment.
- Monthly closing and consolidation of company costs and overhead allocations.
- Monitoring budget vs. actuals, including variance analysis and corrective actions.
- Organizing budget meetings and providing input for the quarterly forecast.
- Developing Power BI dashboards and reports for cost analysis.
- Organizing the annual budget together with the budget owners.
- Activity analysis: allocating resources to cost drivers and calculating standard hourly rates per activity (international).
- Supporting ad-hoc reporting for management together with the Finance Director (capacity analysis, etc.).
Your magic skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Already gained some relevant experience? That’s a strong plus, but not required.
- You are analytical, communicative, and proactive.
- You think logically, solution-oriented, and have the drive to work efficiently.
- You are technically skilled and comfortable using Power BI to create the right reports.
- You have solid knowledge of MS Excel.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of English.
- You are a team player but also work independently and take initiative.
- You are curious and eager to learn and develop further.
