 Your tasks 

Production Scope Allocation

  • Create a high-level distribution of the production scope at project start.
  • Gather input from Production Managers and Project Managers and align on constraints and feasibility.
  • Map scenarios and work in accordance with decisions from the BU Directors.

Final Assembly Planning

  • Develop the FA planning based on tender documents, engineering information, transport options and capacity (manpower & surface).
  • Refine planning as projects become more detailed and maintain up-to-date, groupwide planning files.
  • Safeguard alignment between FA planning and production planning.
  • Actively participate in PET meetings, inter-site production meetings and monthly progress follow-ups with PMs and BU Directors.
  • Provide tender teams and management with up-to-date capacity overviews.

Workload Management (Power BI)

  • Manage the Power BI “Workload Simulation” report and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up on inconsistencies in source files and support users with interpreting figures and visualizations.
  • Manage access rights and assist colleagues in using the tool effectively.

Your magic skills 

  • You hold a Master’s degree in a technical field and have relevant experience in planning, production, supply chain or project coordination.
  • You thrive in an industrial and project-driven environment.
  • You are analytically strong and communicate clearly and assertively.
  • You maintain oversight, even when priorities shift.
  • You are proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
  • You work accurately, structured and are confident in constructively challenging colleagues.
