JOB | Engineering Manager Projects | Arendonk
Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects (structural, mechanical and electrical)
- Lead and monitor engineering activities within EPCI contracts
- Safeguard scope, planning, quality and engineering budgets
- Act as the interface between internal stakeholders, clients and external engineering partners
- Guide design & build trajectories from concept study to final solution
- Ensure smooth coordination between engineering disciplines and project phases
- Report to the Engineering Director and contribute to technical and strategic decision‑making

Your magic skills
- Holds a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Possesses strong knowledge of EPCI projects and design & build trajectories
- Is experienced in cooperating with external engineering partners and stakeholders
- Is well‑organized, communicative and able to maintain oversight in complex environments
- Communicates fluently in English; Dutch is a strong asset
- Is willing to be based in Arendonk and flexible to travel to the Netherlands
