HSE Officer
Your tasks
As an HSE Officer with Level 2 Prevention Advisor certification, you are the driving force behind our safety culture on the production floor through your strong presence. You ensure full compliance with all external regulations and legal requirements regarding health, safety, and the environment, as well as respect for internal safety policies.
More specifically, you will:

Ensure all employees follow established procedures and legislation, and verify that everyone works in the correct manner.

Offer a listening ear to employees and convince them to work safely, efficiently, and correctly in every situation.

Deliver safety introductions to new employees.

Monitor our safety processes from a safety perspective during walkthroughs, discussing any hazards and risks with employees and supervisors.

Increase safety awareness throughout the organization.

Sensitize and inform colleagues about operational risk management, providing appropriate solutions whenever possible.

Investigate safety incidents to identify causes and action points, reporting findings to the HSE Manager.

Continuously perform and evaluate risk analyses.

Provide practical toolbox talks.
Your magic skills
-
You hold a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate.

You are passionate about safety and effectively apply it in practice.
-
You are solution-oriented, pragmatic, critical, able to work independently, and take initiative when needed.

You possess strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy.
-
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus!

You have a technical affinity or at least a strong interest in mastering the technical aspects of our business.
