Your tasks

As a Corrosion Protection Engineer, you are responsible for the entire corrosion protection process. You ensure that our steel structures meet the highest quality standards and comply with customer agreements.

Analyze customer specifications and compare them with our standard paint procedures and contractual agreements.
Prepare project-specific coating documentation and inspection plans.
Organize kick-off meetings and coordinate with QA/QC, production, and subcontractors.
Monitor the execution of coating activities and perform quality checks.
Safeguard planning and ensure all inspections and reports are accurate and delivered on time.
Provide advice on technical issues and the selection of coating systems.

Your magic skills

Master’s degree in (electro)mechanics, materials engineering, or equivalent through experience.
Certified NACE or Frosio Coating Inspector Level III.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors – you are the bridge between theory and practice.
Strong organizational skills to monitor deadlines and ensure inspections and documentation are completed correctly and on time.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Flexible regarding working hours and location (mainly in Belgium, occasionally abroad).
