JOB | Project Controller | Arendonk
Your tasks
- Advise the Project Manager on project planning, cost, and performance.
- Collaborate with the project team to establish a validated baseline for scope, time, and cost, and define a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) together with the Project Manager:
- Define contractual deliverables with the project team (SCOPE);
- Develop a schedule based on the WBS, understanding and aligning what, where, and when activities will take place (TIME);
- Apply cost loading to the WBS within the planning tool (COST).
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate project performance, e.g., calculate earned value, develop scenario models, and conduct risk analyses.
- Advise the project and contract team on realised or potential risks, and report changes compared to the validated baseline (scope/time/budget).
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identify risks, and propose and report mitigation and/or improvement measures.
- In case of delays, perform accurate delay assessments.


Your magic skills
- You have relevant experience with cost control or project scheduling.
- You have a master’s degree in a financial subject, engineering or construction.
- You have a keen interest in structural work and contracting.
- You have very good Excel and Primavera P6 skills.
- You must have knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6, OPC or MS Project.
