JOB | Project Controller | Arendonk
Your tasks
- Advise the Project Manager on project planning, cost management, and performance.
- Collaborate with the project team to establish a validated Baseline for scope, time, and cost:
- Define a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and determine contractual deliverables (scope).
- Develop a detailed project schedule based on the WBS and align activities (time).
- Perform cost loading of the WBS in the planning tool (cost).
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate project performance by calculating Earned Value, developing scenario models, and conducting risk analyses.
- Report deviations from the validated baseline and provide advice on risks and mitigation actions.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, including proposing improvements and corrective measures.
- Perform delay assessments in case of schedule slippage and advise on impact and solutions.


Your magic skills
- You have proven experience in Cost Control and/or Project Planning for complex projects.
- You hold a master’s degree in finance, engineering, or construction.
- You have a strong interest in construction, project management, and contracting.
- You are proficient in Excel and enjoy working with planning software such as Primavera (P6/OPC) or MS Project.
