Your tasks
Data & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyse project data and transform it into actionable business insights.
- Build and optimize advanced Excel files using formulas, pivot tables and macros.
- Monitor data quality, consistency and accuracy.
- Support stakeholders with reporting and data-driven decision making.
Document Control
- Manage and structure project documentation according to internal and external standards.
- Set up and maintain document control systems.
- Ensure proper version control, archiving and document quality.
- Monitor document status, actions and deadlines.
- Support project teams in following documentation procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA/QC and Project Management teams.


Your magic skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Strong interest in data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
- You have proven experience with Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query and are capable of independently developing, maintaining and optimizing professional dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and preferably macros.
- Experience in document control, data management or project administration.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Interest in technical projects and technical documentation.
