Your tasks
- Manage, review and structure project documentation according to internal and external standards.
- Set up, maintain and improve document control systems.
- Ensure proper version control, data quality and document archiving.
- Support project teams in following documentation procedures.
- Monitor document transmittals, approval workflows and project deadlines.
- Report on document status, progress and outstanding actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC, clients and project management teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of document control and data management processes.


Your magic skills
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or can demonstrate relevant experience in document control, administration or data management.
- You work accurately, systematically and have a strong eye for detail.
- You thrive in a project-driven environment with deadlines.
- You are customer-oriented and solution-focused.
- You have experience with document management, data management or technical documentation.
- You can work independently while also being a strong team player.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- You have an interest in engineering and affinity with technical documentation.
