Your tasks
- Prepare periodic financial closings and ensure the accuracy of figures.
- Consolidate financial data from ± 20 entities, including joint ventures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the group and for Eiffage under IFRS.
- Optimize the consolidation process and intercompany reconciliations.
- Maintain group chart of accounts and valuation standards.
- Work with Lucanet and Prophix for consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure accurate IFRS reporting and Belgian GAAP consolidation.
- Prepare audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Stay in close contact with Smulders finance departments and review consolidation sheets.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting systems.
- Assist with CAPEX reporting and tax compliance (transfer pricing, deferred taxes).
Your magic skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience in consolidation within an international environment (complexity ± 20 companies, JVs, Europe).
- Strong theoretical knowledge of international valuation standards and IFRS.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and highly accurate.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Lucanet, Prophix, and ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
- A team player, yet critical and solution-oriented.
- Experience in a project-driven organization is an asset.
- Willingness to become a key user of financial IT tools.
