 Your tasks 

  • Prepare periodic financial closings and ensure the accuracy of figures.
  • Consolidate financial data from ± 20 entities, including joint ventures.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the group and for Eiffage under IFRS.
  • Optimize the consolidation process and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Maintain group chart of accounts and valuation standards.
  • Work with Lucanet and Prophix for consolidation and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate IFRS reporting and Belgian GAAP consolidation.
  • Prepare audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Stay in close contact with Smulders finance departments and review consolidation sheets.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting systems.
  • Assist with CAPEX reporting and tax compliance (transfer pricing, deferred taxes).

Your magic skills 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Experience in consolidation within an international environment (complexity ± 20 companies, JVs, Europe).
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of international valuation standards and IFRS.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and highly accurate.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Lucanet, Prophix, and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
  • A team player, yet critical and solution-oriented.
  • Experience in a project-driven organization is an asset.
  • Willingness to become a key user of financial IT tools.
