Your tasks
- Prepare Electrical & Mechanical work packages for construction and installation activities.
- Collect, review and manage technical documentation from Engineering and Design teams.
- Develop work instructions, procedures and execution documentation.
- Ensure the completeness, quality and accuracy of work packages.
- Monitor design changes and maintain proper revision control.
- Review technical drawings, schematics, material lists and bills of materials.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies or technical issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Track document schedules and ensure information is available on time.
- Serve as the key operational link between Engineering, Design, Construction and Project Management.
- Report on progress, outstanding actions and project priorities.

Your magic skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent through relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical construction and installation documentation.
- Able to interpret technical drawings, schematics and material lists.
- Accurate, structured and quality-focused working style.
- Strong planning, organization and document management skills.
- Excellent communication skills across technical disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with document management systems and planning tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
