Your tasks
- Responsible for handling and guiding loads during lifting operations.
- Adhering to safety standards by following prescribed procedures, instructions, and quality requirements.
- Reviewing documented instructions (planning guidelines, lifting plans, etc.).
Your magic skills
- Has knowledge or experience with rigging equipment, slinging, and lifting methods, or is willing to learn.
- Is driven and can work independently as well as in a team.
- Is stress-resistant, flexible, and takes initiative when needed.
- Has a hands-on mentality and thinks proactively.
- Prioritizes safety above all.
- Is willing to attend (paid) training and obtain certifications through Smulders, such as a VCA certificate.
- Is not afraid to work at heights.
Experience with aerial work platforms, forklifts, or overhead cranes is a plus.
