Rigger
Your tasks
As a rigger, you are responsible for correctly and accurately slinging and signaling heavy loads. You safely and properly attach heavy objects to cranes with slings and shackles, always taking into account safety rules and potential risks.

You sling and signal loads during lifting operations.

You work according to prescribed procedures, instructions, and quality requirements.

You check documented instructions such as planning instructions and lift plans.


Your magic skills

You have knowledge of or experience with lifting equipment, slinging, and lifting methods, or you are willing to learn this.

You are driven and can work both independently and in a team.

You are stress-resistant, flexible, and dare to take initiative when needed.

You have a hands-on mentality and think proactively.

Safety is always your top priority.

You are willing to follow (paid) training and obtain certificates via Smulders, such as a VCA certificate.

Working at heights does not scare you.
-
Experience with aerial work platforms, forklifts, or overhead cranes is a plus.
